I help individuals transform their body confidence, mindset and motivation whilst improving strength and ALL markers of health and fitness! Helping people with their physical and mental health has always been something I'm passionate about, luckily for me, I now get to share my passion with others.

I started up my own Personal Training business 7 years ago with 10 year’s experience in the industry. I have helped 100s of people just like you with their health and fitness goals coaching a range of clients of all ages and abilities. I specialise in using exercise as a tool to help people improve their mental / physical health and I teach my clients how to use a positive mindset in order to excel in their training - creating a positive cycle of progress. If we can adopt healthy habits in to a weekly routine then that’s a life long transformation!

I aim to focus on building clients happiness, confidence and self esteem - the stuff that’s actually important! All of this whilst improving their strength, stamina, energy levels, and healthy lifestyle choices.

Coaching options....

The Strong Stride Programme

A self development training programme designed to better your mindset, body & lifestyle. The values of community, growth, independence allow you to get results, make connections, & enjoy the process of progress! Heres just a small fraction of whats included in the programme:

* 1-1 on boarding process (for up to a month) + elements throughout the programme.

* 4-1 max small group personal training sessions (with 12 + booking options in the week)

* Strength - Endurance - Open (individual) training sessions.

* Training app to follow & log workouts / progress.

As an Mhec Coach you're provided with support across all marker of health.

With online resources you will get access to a course where we focus on your:

MINDSET - Develop and maintain a growth mindset so you can focus on your opportunities rather than your perceived burdens. ✅️

BODY - Feel energised in your body physically & mentally, eating the right foods & performing exercises that feel good. ✅️

LIFESTYLE - Live a lifestyle in alignment with your highest values so you can feel fulfilled - Health & Happiness! ✅️

COST

* 2 sessions a week = £149.00 per month (just £18.00 per session)

* 3 sessions a week = £199.00 per month (£16.00 per session)

(minimum commitment is 4 months - length of the SS course, applies to all options)

Functional Programme

A training programme that combines both Strength and functional fitness.

Functional training is a method of exercise that strengthens your body for the purpose of movements you perform in daily life, such as lifting, pushing, pulling, twisting, and squatting. 

It improves overall strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination by using the whole body in natural, dynamic movements rather than just isolating specific muscles. 

The goal of this is to make everyday tasks easier, safer & more efficient! Thus reducing chance of injury & increased levels of strength. 

This programme will allow you to have better

FREQUENCY 

&

CONSISTENCY 

With the options for x2 training sessions a week:

1. FUNCTIONAL SESSION (6-1 max) - Lifting weights in the gym is great, but being able to transfer those skills into real life with tasks & physical challenges we face is even better! In this session you'll be putting all your traditional strength exercises into practice with functional movements designed to improve quality of life. We work on these key areas: Balance & coordination, flexibility, strength, & most importantly for you to feel more confident on your feet. 

2. OPEN SESSION (3-1 max) - supervised PT session where you will go through your own gym programme based on your goals (individually). As this sessions is supervised, you will get the support from myself just like you would in a 1-1 session with a little more independence!

Before starting theses sessions we will go through a 1-1 on boarding process which includes:

* Assessment (to identify strengths / weakness / focus areas)

* Programme PT session (going though your weekly exercises on the fitness app)

* Additional PT session (just to make sure you're comfortable and confident in your exercises)

COST

* £155.00 per month (just £19.00 per session x 2 training sessions per week)

(minimum 3 commitment is 3 months)

1-1 Monthly PT

A training programme that allows you to develop & maintain your own training whilst following a tailor made routine based on your goals & focus areas. With this you will get a 1-1 training session every month where you can choose to either make changes / updates to your training programme, or learn some new specific movements.

* Assessments to measure progress, strengths, weaknesses & focus areas.

* Training app to follow, log workouts & your progress.

* Weekly accountability & support (including Monday motivation)

* Access to an online resource covering 30+ learning materials such as: nutrition, fat loss, mindset, training, mental health.

COST

* £80.00 for the first month (x2 sessions) followed by £40.00 per month there after.

(minimum commitment is 3 months)

Some will start a fitness journey but then give up..... Why is this? Because they don’t have the right structure, accountability and support they need to achieve their personal goals, causing them to be inconsistent.
